If you wish to explore Andalusia on your own our staff at the reception desk will provide you with maps and details about possible destinations. Car rental will also be arranged for you upon request.
If your are interested in sports you can choose from a number of water and beach activities, as well as tennis, squash and golf. We regularly organize volleyball and football (soccer) tournaments on the beach.
Every fortnight we offer a 3-day weekend excursion to Morocco together with all fellow language schools, if you wish to participate do not forget to bring your passport! |

Upon completion of the first day of class, we invite all students to a welcome party at our school bar 'La Tortuga' which is located directly at the beach walk (Paseo Marítimo). Here you will have the opportunity to meet fellow students.
Academia Malaga Plus also organizes an 'Intercambio' (exchange program), which is another way to meet and practice Spanish with local people. The idea is to meet Spanish students who are interested in practicing a foreign language, so conversations will be held in Spanish and your native language. |

Spanish food can be explored in a Paella cooking lesson with our famous in-house cook 'Luis' or on our 'Tapas-Tour' in Malaga city. The 'Tapas-Tour' is a guided tour to one of the many popular and typical Spanish tapas bars.
Enjoy and learn the many tastes of Spanish tapas and share in what is a large part of Spanish Culture. A speciality is the "Vino de Malaga" (Muscatel port whine) which we will taste in the bodegas of Malaga. |

On our free guided tour to the mountains of Malaga you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the coastline and the city. For those who wish to learn Spanish dances we offer classical Flamenco and Salsa dance lessons with our teacher Maria José in the school building.
Every fortnight a 3-day weekend excursion to Morocco from Friday to Sunday will be offered together with other language schools from Granada, Marbella and Malaga. |
Every weekend we organize one day excursions to different destinations and cities in Andalusia at a reasonable price ranging from 12 - 25 Euros. Destinations are:
- Granada with the Alhambra,
- Seville, the capital of Andalusia,
- Cordoba and the Mezquita.
In the summer we also visit the El Chorro lakeside and Nerja with it’s beautiful beaches and caves. |
